- Litter Pick-ups
- Annual Earth Day cleanup
- Participate in City-Wide Garbage Olympics
- Participate in PMADD (Pitt Make a Difference Day)
- Tree tending Pruning, mulching and cleaning up the litter around the trees on Brownsville Road
- Creating an adopt a block program – Providing Bags, gloves and safety vests to Carrick Residents to “adopt” sections of their neighborhood.
- Working with the city on “Love Your Block” grant
- Carrick Goes Gardening at the:
- Lamar Billboard Site #2 on Brownsville Road
- “L’Enfant” statue at Overbrook Boulevard
- War Memorial near Phillips Park and Pittsburgh Carrick High School
- Notifying 311 of garbage and nuisance properties
